Processing Times (Time to Fulfill your Order):

In order to provide the best quality product, prints and notecards are created upon purchase. Please allow 1-5 business days, starting the following day, for processing. (Please note, custom requests may take a day or two longer but timing will be provided during the request)

Possibly! The timings provided are my standard estimates and all orders are created in the order they are received. While there are certain times of year that are busier than others, I will make every effort to create and ship your items must more quickly than the timing stated.

If you have an urgent need, please contact me, before placing your order, by using the Contact Form or emailing me at info@traceycapone.com and I will be happy to work with you.

Time in Transit (Timing Once the order is shipped):

All domestic orders are shipped, from the Chicago area, via US Postal Mail, either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and/or weight. Please note, anything over 13 ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail, per the USPS.

First Class mail has a 3-5 mailing day turnaround and Priority Mail has a 1-3 mailing day turnaround, depending on the end destination. These are the estimates provided by the USPS. While rare, delays can happen, which are outside of my control, due to inclement weather, USPS deslays, errors in the address provided, etc.

Tracking will be provided with the shipment notification to give you the estimated date of receipt.

I'm sorry but, due to an ever changing landscape of rules and tariffs governing international shipments coming from the U.S., I will no longer be fulfilling international orders.

Shipping & Packaging:

It is my goal to get your order to you without issues and I package orders with great care in order to achieve this. Prints, up to 11x14, are placed in protective poly sleeves, with thick chipboard, and shipped in durable rigid mailers. Larger prints, 12x12 inches up to 20x24, are shipped flat in poly sleeves with cardboard backing in high grade corrugated mailers. Enlargements, 24x24 inches and larger, are shipped, rolled, in mailing tubes.

(Please note, for international shipments, all prints, 16x16 and larger, are shipped in mailing tubes.)

Returns & Refunds:

I truly hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied, I will exchange your items, or refund your purchase cost (minus shipping) upon receipt of the returned item.* Please contact me, within 10 days after receipt of your order, to exchange or return. You will be responsible for returning the items to me in their original condition, and the return shipping costs.

*Please note: As print enlargements (20x20 and larger) and large wood blocks/panels (20x20 and larger) are very expensive, and time consuming to create, there will be a 40% restocking fee.

Of course! As mentioned in the shipping section, I take extraordinary measures to ensure your order will arrive safe and sound, however things can happen during shipment that are beyond control. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so I'm happy to exchange it.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging and contact me immediately and I will be happy to exchange it, at my cost.

It would be greatly appreciated if you can send me photographs of the damaged item and packaging as that will be needed to submit an insurance claim to the shipping company.

Sizing and Finishing Details:

All sizes listed for the prints and wood mounted photographs are in inches.

The sizes listed are for the image itself (no borders)

I am happy to help you determine what size would be right for your space.

First, take a look at my Size Chart as these mockups will give you an idea of the difference between the various sizes I offer, both in the prints and wood mounts.

If you still have questions, please feel free to contact me using my Contact Form or by emailing me at info@traceycapone.com. I would be happy to discuss all the options with you!

No, I'm sorry but I do not offer framing or matting services for my archival prints. All prints are shipped as is.

I am happy to help you get your items framed though. Please see the next question for details.

If you are local to Chicago, I am happy to provide you with recommendations for local framers who I have extensive experience with.

Alternatively, I can also work with you to have Framebridge.com frame up your work and will help coordinate the shipment of your prints directly to them at no shipping cost to you. Please feel free to reach out to me for details at info@traceycapone.com.

Most definitely! My work is very important to me and I take pride in every print and wood mounted photograph. Every single piece I create, whether a print or a wood mount, is signed and dated on the back.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

I welcome custom orders. Many of the images can be custom cropped from the sizes shown in the listings, offered in non standard sizes not listed, or printed in black and white.

If you have a particular request in mind, please contact me to discuss, at info@traceycapone.com and I will help you in any way I can.

Miscellaneous Questions:

If you have any questions that may not have already been answered above, please feel free to reach out to me via my Contact Page or at info@traceycapone.com. Thank you!
