All domestic orders are shipped, from Chicago, via US Postal Mail, either First Class or Priority Mail depending on the size and/or weight. Please note, anything over 13 ounces must be shipped via Priority Mail, per the USPS.
First Class mail has a 3-5 mailing day turnaround and Priority Mail has a 1-3 mailing day turnaround, depending on the end destination. These are the estimates provided by the USPS. While rare, delays can happen, which are outside of my control, due to inclement weather, errors in the address provided, etc.
Tracking will be provided with the shipment notification to give you the estimated date of receipt.
All orders are shipped, from Chicago, via US Postal International Mail First Class or Priority mail, depending on the size and/or weight. Please note, some international shipments can take up to 18 mailing days for receipt and in some cases, your local postal office will provide you with a pick up slip instead of the actual item. While tracking is not available, I will provide you with a Customs number in the shipment notification.
You are responsible for all customs charges, if applicable , upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, given no two countries are the same as it pertains to customs fees and guidelines, I am unable to estimate or collect these upon purchase.
Please check with your local office to determine if, and what, you will be responsible for upon arrival of your purchase.
Please note, in some cases, where customs fees apply, your local post office may hold the item until customs fees are paid and notify you with a slip.
It is my goal to get your order to you without issues and I package orders with great care in order to achieve this. Prints, up to 11x14, are placed in protective poly sleeves, with thick chipboard, and shipped in durable rigid mailers. Larger prints, 12x12 inches up to 20x24, are shipped flat in poly sleeves with cardboard backing in high grade corrugated mailers. Enlargements, 24x24 inches and larger, are shipped, rolled, in mailing tubes.
(Please note, for international shipments, all prints, 16x16 and larger, are shipped in mailing tubes.)
Wood blocks, and panels, will be shipped with protective wrap and padding, inside high grade, corrugated mailing boxes.
I truly hope you will enjoy your purchase, however, if you are not satisfied, I will exchange your items, or refund your purchase cost (minus shipping) upon receipt of the returned item.* Please contact me, within 10 days after receipt of your order, to exchange or return. You will be responsible for returning the items to me in their original condition, and the return shipping costs.
*Please note: As print enlargements (20x20 and larger) and large wood blocks/panels (20x20 and larger) are very expensive, and time consuming to create, there will be a 40% restocking fee.
Of course! As mentioned in the shipping section, I take extraordinary measures to ensure your order will arrive safe and sound, however things can happen during shipment that are beyond control. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so I'm happy to exchange it.
In the event you receive a damaged item, please save all packaging and contact me immediately and I will be happy to exchange it, at my cost.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can send me photographs of the damaged item and packaging as that will be needed to submit an insurance claim to the shipping company.

I am happy to help you with a custom request to mount personal photographs. Once you decide on a size, and purchase it, you would simply send me a jpeg of the image you would like mounted and I will take it from there.*
If you are unsure if your image will work, I am happy to take a look at it ahead of time.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to my respect of copyright laws, I will not mount any images without the express permission of the original artist. If you did not take, or do not own the rights to, the images you are asking to mount, I will need that written permission from the original photographer before I can proceed.
Please contact me at email@example.com if you would like to explore having personal photographs mounted.
* I will only mount jpegs of the image, due to the nature of the products used to mount the work, I will not mount any original photographs as I cannot be sure they will hold up to the process.
